The junction box must be equipment intended for explosive atmospheres and have documented explosion-protection means and Ex marking. Broad electrical HS headings do not independently establish TR CU 012/2011 applicability.

Low-voltage switching and control equipment can fall under TR CU 004/2011, but the conformity form depends on the exact apparatus and list position. Broad HS headings 8536/8537 cover products with different routes, so certificate versus declaration must be verified per product.

EMC applicability depends on whether the specific switchgear/control device is capable of creating electromagnetic interference or is performance-sensitive to it. HS 8536/8537 alone does not establish the conformity form.
