Applicable procedure
TR EAEU 039/2016 is the adopted mineral-fertilizer framework and provides a registration-based route rather than a generic EAC declaration. Its commencement depends on the later operative date of the chemical-product regulation and the specified fertilizer-register implementing act, subject to the minimum period in Decision No. 150; confirm the operative status and destination-country registration requirements for the shipment date. Identify nutrient composition, impurity limits and permitted agricultural application before selecting the applicable registration procedure.
Documents and supply scope
Prepare the model list, intended-use statement, technical specifications, materials or formulation, design documents, labels and instructions. Select test reports, safety justification or sanitary evidence for the actual product. Distinguish independently supplied components from the complete product and identify the destination country and supply arrangement.
